Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and best practices to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

<>Solution Design & Architecture</>

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and/or B2B/B2C Commerce.

  • Define system architecture, data models, security models, and integration strategies.

  • Create technical design documents (TDD), architecture diagrams, and roadmaps.

  • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, scalability, and governance.

<>Development & Customization</>

  • Oversee Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation.

  • Design custom applications, APIs, and middleware integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).

  • Optimize performance, security, and data integrity across Salesforce orgs.

<>Integration & Data Management</>

  • Architect real-time and batch integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.

  • Implement ETL processes, data migration strategies, and Master Data Management (MDM).

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory standards.

<>Governance & Best Practices</>

  • Establish DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.

  • Enforce coding standards, security policies, and release management.

  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction.

<>Stakeholder Collaboration</>

  • Partner with business leaders, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Mentor junior developers and admins on Salesforce best practices.

  • Provide technical leadership in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Certifications:

    • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect (preferred).

    • Additional certs like Data Architect, Integration Architect, or B2B Solution Architect are a plus.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

    • Experience with Heroku, Einstein Analytics, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is a plus.

    • Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and Salesforce Einstein GPT.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

    • Ability to present complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
