What you will do:

• Develop, implement, and launch M365 and Copilot agents optimized for enhancing business productivity
• Oversee agent orchestration and implement monitoring to guarantee high performance for super users and citizen developers
• Empower domain experts through training and coaching to become competent citizen developers
• Partner with teammates to assess use cases and ensure feasible, effective automation initiatives
• Support internal teams with ongoing guidance, promoting Power Platform best practices
• Assist with automation projects and productivity initiatives
• Provide support for basic Power BI needs as needed

What you will need to be successful:

• Experience as a Senior Developer, including recent hands-on development of Copilot and M365 agents for business settings
• Strong background with Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
• Skilled in agent orchestration and environment management to support business operations
• Effective at training and mentoring non-technical users to become citizen developers
• Experience with productivity and automation solutions
• Basic understanding of Power BI preferred
• Effective communication with a collaborative approach
