About the Role

We are partnered with a top fintech firm that is looking for a marketing analytics and operations leader to build and own the data function within our marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, you'll be responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights, optimizing performance across channels, and helping shape campaign strategy. You'll also lead email marketing execution, manage reporting cadences, and support resource allocation decisions with clear, visualized performance data. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to turn marketing analytics into a true growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the marketing data and analytics function
  • Own reporting and performance tracking for paid and organic campaigns
  • Manage and optimize the email marketing program, with a focus on segmentation
  • Develop strategies to measure and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze ROI and guide budget allocation decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Be the go-to expert for marketing data and performance


What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in marketing analytics or data-driven marketing roles
  • Strong experience in B2B growth environments
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data
  • Deep understanding of paid and organic marketing channels
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to pass a FINRA fingerprint background check (additional regulatory screenings may apply)


Bonus Points

  • Advanced degree in analytics, marketing, or statistics
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Background in financial services or wealth management
