Job Summary:-
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Azure SQL Database to manage, optimize, and support our enterprise database environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure based SQL Server infrastructures, with a focus on performance, availability, security, and automation in Azure.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases in Azure (PaaS and IaaS).
- Monitor database performance and tune systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, T-SQL, or Azure automation tools.
- Implement and maintain security controls, role-based access, auditing, and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for database processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, and business analysts to support database design and integration efforts.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for database-related issues or upgrades.
