Join us and make a difference!As part of the AppleCare Worldwide organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight and coordination of large-scale, complex programs that support AppleCare products business strategies, systems requirements, and implementation. Additionally, you will lead NPI readiness and changes to sustaining product configuration and documentation requirements.

Key Qualifications

5-10 years experience with product configuration management, system analytics or similar functionEffective at working independently and with large cross-functional teams with little formal guidanceAbility to assess and initiate cross-functional efforts to build and support a complex system landscape.Skillful at taking the initiative to investigate and resolve complex setup and systems logic issuesCapable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set prioritiesAble to thrive in a high-pressure and sometimes ambiguous environmentProven track record to collaborate and build strong partnershipsStrong analytical and problem solving skills; must be able to analyze large data sets and systems logic to identify root cause and recommend solutionsExcellent self-starter who possesses extraordinary time management skills and has great attention to detailCommitment to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performanceAbility to stay current with the latest processes, procedures, and technologySolid project management skills including the ability to establish project plans, track open issues, communicate project updates and manage project deadlines independentlyTechnical skills to adeptly handle a multi-system landscapeStrong knowledge of systems SAP and AgileDatabase and/or scripting experience and proficient Excel and/or Numbers skills

Project manage NPI project plans, track open issues, communicate project updates and manage project deadlines independentlyInvestigates and resolves complex product setup and support issuesKey participant in project UAT's and systems integrationManages multiple complex projects simultaneouslyAnalyzes and resolves issues including large data sets to determine root causes and recommends solutionsIdentifies product and business trends to document, investigate, escalate, track and resolve issuesCommit to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performanceDaily work in SAP, Agile, GCRM and ExcelProvide clear input to the project team on schedule, issues, and deliverables related to master data managementDrive timely systems setup to support new product introduction (NPI) as well sustaining business, globallyParticipate in continuous process improvements focused on systems architecture, reporting, and data analysis efficiencies

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
