Job Title: Content Strategist
Type: 12 -Month Contract with possible extension
Location: Remote 100%
Pay Range: 52-54/h on w2

We are hiring a Sales Enablement Content Strategist on a full-time, 12-month contract to support a leading global tech company s sales enablement function. This role is ideal for a communications expert who excels at simplifying complex ideas and crafting clear, compelling content for internal sales audiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build sales tools, internal communications, and learning materials that drive sales readiness, confidence, and performance.

Team Mission:
The Sales Enablement team drives sales capability and field readiness by designing and delivering programs that build competence, confidence, and competitiveness empowering sellers to deliver sustained customer value and business growth. This role will sit within the Activation team, which focuses on improving the sales experience and preparing sellers to execute effectively through core skill development, coaching, and GTM (Go-To-Market) support.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop sales enablement content, including newsletters, cheat sheets, playbooks, and internal resource pages.
  • Partner with the content designer, program strategist, and activation lead to produce high-quality content aligned with enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts from training, coaching, and sales teams to gather inputs and ensure message clarity.
  • Create new communications materials and improve existing ones to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with internal tone and branding.
  • Develop and manage internal guide pages (e.g., Intranet, enablement platforms like Highspot), ensuring user-friendliness and effectiveness.
  • Ensure deliverables are easy to understand, actionable, and integrated into daily sales operations.
  • Work with internal communications teams to surface the right information at the right time, in the right places.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in content development for digital media or advertising-driven businesses.
  • Proven experience in internal communications and/or sales enablement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and structure.
  • Strong understanding of adtech or experience working within a sales organization or fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable working in cloud-based collaboration environments.
  • A strong team player with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
