Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DB Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Oracle database solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle database management, PL/SQL programming, query optimization, and data modeling to ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle database objects including tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Write efficient, scalable SQL and PL/SQL code to support business applications and reporting needs.
  • Optimize queries to improve database performance and reduce resource consumption.
  • Design and implement logical and physical data models to support business requirements.
  • Conduct database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with application developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are in place and comply with company policies.
  • Document database schemas, procedures, and processes for future reference and audit purposes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Database Developer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Database architecture and management.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
  • Solid understanding of query optimization techniques and performance tuning.
  • Experience in data modeling, normalization, and database design principles.
  • Familiarity with SQL development tools and database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
  • Oracle Certified Developer (OCD)
