Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President Sales to lead business growth across the West Coast BFS ecosystem, focusing on HiTech, FinTech, Payments, and Crypto segments.
This is an individual contributor role initially, responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and digital-first enterprises. The role offers an opportunity to build and lead a regional sales team as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sales for KPO and digital operations services across the BFS domain, including Commercial Banks, Corporate Banks, FinTechs, Payment companies, and Crypto firms.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target sectors and geographies.

Develop a strong understanding of client business challenges and position Anaptyss solutions effectively.

Collaborate with internal delivery, marketing, and domain teams to design tailored go-to-market solutions.

Build executive-level client relationships to influence strategic buying decisions.

Own revenue targets for the region and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline.

Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

10 18 years of experience in Sales / Business Development roles within KPO.

Strong domain knowledge of Banking, Financial Research, FinTech, Payments, or Digital Lending.

Proven track record of acquiring and managing BFS/FinTech clients on the West Coast.

Experience selling complex services (KPO, research, analytics, process transformation, or managed operations).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Prior experience working with Financial Research, Advisory, or Data Analytics services firms.

Established network across FinTech, Payments, and BFS ecosystems in the US.
