RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing and established nationwide engineering technology company, has a few growing and established nationwide engineering technology company has a few Senior Director or VP of Electrical openings, nationwide. We are seeking candidates within the construction industry. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on these exclusive search assignments.

Responsibilities:
* Drive Division Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that expand market share and customer base
* Lead Business Development: Identify and capture high-value opportunities through strategic partnerships, competitive bidding, and relationship building
* Shape Market Position: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to maintain competitive advantage
* Deliver Financial Results: Achieve ambitious revenue and profit targets through strategic planning and operational excellence
* Ensure Project Success: Oversee all project aspects to guarantee safety, budget adherence, and timely delivery
* Champion Innovation: Introduce cutting-edge processes and technologies that enhance efficiency and quality
* Drive Safety Culture: Lead by example in promoting industry-leading safety practices across all operations
* Optimize Performance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align divisional goals with company objectives
* Build High-Performing Teams: Mentor and develop talent while managing performance and career growth
* Cultivate Client Relationships: Lead proposal processes, contract negotiations, and maintain strong client partnerships
* Foster Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental communication and ensure seamless project execution
* Represent the Company: Serve as the face of our electrical division in industry forums and client meetings openings, nationwide

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field
* 8-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction
* Experience working for industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, defense aerospace, energy management, energy storage systems, semiconductor, waste management or any other highly regulated industries is desired
* Proven track record in business development with demonstrated success in winning new work/business
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility
* A strong background with handling Large- Scale Multi-Million Projects
* Technical proficiency in estimating software, project management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Natural ability to develop lasting partnerships with clients, partners, and team members
* Skilled at identifying market opportunities and developing actionable growth strategies
* Experience leading organizational transformation and implementing new technologies
* Consistent track record of exceeding goals and driving measurable business outcomes
* Experience working with C-suite executives, customers and large audiences
* Proven ability to build consensus and drive results through influence
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical construction market dynamics and safety protocols
* Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
