The Role:

The Database Admin is responsible for overseeing and maintaining database systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to users. They perform tasks such as data entry, analysis, and developing reports, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs. This role also involves documentation, process improvement, and potentially assisting in developing data policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Perform data audits and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and execute data import/export processes.
  • Analyze data usage and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with users to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Document database schemas, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement data management policies and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data efficiency
  • Assist in developing and enforcing data security protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with database administration, data management, or a related field.

Target Salary Range:
  • $50,000- $55,000 Annual Salary
