Responsibilities
- Define scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets and risks while ensuring stakeholder requirements are documented, traceable and delivered.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, risk logs and schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project and ServiceNow and facilitate governance board reviews and readiness assessments.
- Lead cross-functional teams, apply agile and traditional methodologies as appropriate, and ensure projects remain on track with organizational priorities.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support training and knowledge transfer to strengthen project management maturity across the enterprise.
- Assist OIG to gather, analyze, store and share knowledge and information within the organization.
- Support DoD OIG with developing and disseminating unified messages and marketing campaigns for internal and external customers and for effectively communicating and fulfilling IT Strategic Plan goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
- Active Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL Managing Professional, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist.
