Job Title: Talend Data Engineer - Talend Studio
Location: Brentwood, TN 37027 (Onsite)

Detailed Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend Studio.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into SQL Server.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-related issues.
- Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance.
- Document technical processes and maintain version control for ETL jobs.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Talend Studio (Data Integration, Big Data, or Real-Time).
- Strong experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Experience with data migration, transformation, and integration projects.
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10 years
