Role: Recruiting Coordinator
Rate: $16/hour W2
Location: Remote 

Support the Talent Acquisition Operations Services team as a key HR point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-hire process. Ensure timely, professional support across scheduling, offers, and system updates with a strong customer focus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as HR contact for candidates; respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

  • Support both the Interview Scheduling and Offer Management teams.

  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

  • Process and deliver offer letters; administer recruiting processes in compliance with employment law and company policies.

  • Perform transactions in Workday and track cases via CRM/Case Management System.

  • Handle documentation and work allocation tracking.

  • Provide phone/email support as needed for the service center.


Must-Have Skills:

  • High-volume coordination experience

  • Ability to multitask across systems and tools

  • Effective communication in a remote setting

  • Strong attention to detail


Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Experience with CRM and case tracking systems

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Experience using HRIS tools (e.g., Workday)
