Location: Remote
Support the Talent Acquisition Operations Services team as a key HR point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-hire process. Ensure timely, professional support across scheduling, offers, and system updates with a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as HR contact for candidates; respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

Support both the Interview Scheduling and Offer Management teams.

Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Process and deliver offer letters; administer recruiting processes in compliance with employment law and company policies.

Perform transactions in Workday and track cases via CRM/Case Management System.

Handle documentation and work allocation tracking.

Provide phone/email support as needed for the service center.
Must-Have Skills:

High-volume coordination experience

Ability to multitask across systems and tools

Effective communication in a remote setting

Preferred Technical Skills:

Experience with CRM and case tracking systems

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
