Our client is seeking an accomplished WalkMe Administrator on a remote 6+ months contract opportunity in Little Rock, AR.
ROLE: WalkMe Administrator
The selected resource must have experience with installing, setting up and administration of Walkme DAP.

ROLE: WalkMe Administrator
The selected resource must have experience with installing, setting up and administration of Walkme DAP.
Key responsibilities
- User management and security: Manage roles and permissions within WalkMe to ensure appropriate access for users to content creation, publishing, and other functionalities, contributing to account security.
- Monitoring and analysis: Monitor the use of the WalkMe solution within SAP, analyze usage data against KPIs, and identify areas for improvement in adoption, user experience, and process efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and support: Respond to reported bugs and issues, working with WalkMe support or coaching end-users to resolve them.
- Testing and validation: Complete validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for WalkMe releases to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
- Change management: Help manage changes within SAP by updating WalkMe content to reflect new features or processes, providing real-time training and reducing the need for extensive retraining sessions.
