We are looking for a Sr DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team and lead the design, automation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on scalability, security, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
Design and build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS-focused).
Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform and Python.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to implement best practices.
Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps workflows.
What You Bring:
7+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
Expertise in AWS (required), Terraform, GitLab, and Python.
Strong background in CI/CD, system reliability, and cloud security.
Experience with observability tools and compliance frameworks.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.
Financial services or mortgage industry experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $75.00/hr.
