Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Employment Type: W2 Only

Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. You will work with advanced technologies like LLMs, MLOps, and cloud platforms to build innovative AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement MLOps-friendly data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage
  • Deploy models using MLOps tools like Vertex Pipelines or Kubeflow
  • Build end-to-end Machine Learning workflows and patterns
  • Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Use containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment
  • Apply CI/CD best practices in ML model development
  • Work with large-scale ML frameworks such as Spark ML
  • Implement Gen AI solutions using Gemini, OpenAI, or open-source LLMs
  • Build AI products with LLMs, neural networks, and other advanced techniques
  • Apply RAG and Supervised Tuning methods
  • Develop distributed systems for scalable AI solutions
  • Work with Google Cloud Platform services like Vertex AI and Google AutoML
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Strong Python and SQL programming skills
  • Experience with Fast API, Flask, and MLOps
  • Knowledge of LLMs and orchestrators like LangChain
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
  • Experience with Gen AI technologies (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude)
  • Understanding of RAG and Supervised Tuning
  • Distributed systems expertise
  • Google Cloud Platform cloud experience (Vertex AI, AutoML)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of additional ML frameworks
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects
