We have partnered with our client in their search for a Java Developer to work in O'fallon, MO.
Responsibilities:
This position should develop, deliver and support the Dispute Resolution platform. The objective for this role is to provide strong technical development background that leverages diverse back end services, relational databases and CI/CD.
* Hands-on developer who writes high quality, secure code for a medium to large/complex component or feature that is modular, functional and testable (Java, Spring Boot, Jenkins or any other CI/CD platform, Microservices Architecture, Rest API's)
* Contributes to all parts of software development including design, development, documentation, testing and delivery in an individual capacity and as a lead for other junior developers on the team.
* Have strong ownership of your team's software and are deep in the maintenance characteristics, runtime properties and dependencies including hardware, operating system, and build.
* Own complex problems having dependency across services and facilitate cross-functional team interactions to drive resolution
* Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Object-oriented Programming
* Web services & API standards (REST/OAuth/JSON)
* Programming & Scripting Languages (Java and Shell scripting preferred)
* Spring, Spring Boot

* Ability to operate effectively independently

BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
