Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
Job Summary:
Senior Project Manager who will oversee Efficiency Reimagined program, and various Compliance & Security and Technology projects. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and project management methodologies. Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance and security, analyzing project data, collaborating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, relevant certifications. Experience in managing IT compliance and security projects is desirable. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential. Responsible for providing overall leadership for a project or support effort. Accountable for deliverables and developing schedules, milestones, resource requirements to achieve deliverables. Monitors progress, and recognizes and helps resolve problems. Provides regular status reports and briefings
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including compliance roadmaps, Efficiency Reimagined program, and other tech and security initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Compliance and Security: Oversee compliance and security processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Coordinate with InfoSec and other relevant teams to manage compliance activities effectively.
Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to analyze project data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, risks, and issues.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, marketing, customer service, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk management plans to address potential issues and ensure project success.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and equipment. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve project goals.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and compliance records. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
PMP, PMI, CISA, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing IT compliance, security, and technology projects
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the IT industry.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks and standards
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Must reside in the US
