Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Portkey Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using the Portkey platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performing Portkey integrations that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical authority for all aspects of the Portkey platform.
• Lead solution design, configuration, deployment, and performance tuning of Portkey environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop best practices, standards, and documentation for Portkey implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced technical support.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Stay up to date with Portkey updates and related industry trends to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert or Lead Consultant for Portkey or similar integration/middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of Portkey architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise system integration, data flows, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Solid grasp of security best practices related to API and data integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
