Description
Projet : IFRS 18 est le prochain projet majeur pour notre grand client du secteur de l'assurance.
Responsabilits principales :
Recueillir, analyser et documenter les exigences d'affaires auprs des parties prenantes en finance.
Collaborer avec les quipes TI et finances pour concevoir et mettre en ?uvre des solutions de systmes financiers.
Soutenir l'intgration et la configuration des systmes afin de rpondre aux exigences de conformit IFRS 18.
Traduire des concepts financiers complexes en spcifications techniques.
Raliser des analyses d'carts et recommander des amliorations de processus.
Participer aux tests systme, la formation des utilisateurs et au soutien post-implantation.
Assurer l'intgrit et la cohrence des donnes dans les systmes de rapports financiers.
Comptences essentielles :
Plus de 5 ans d'exprience en analyse d'affaires - excellente capacit de documentation, de collecte des exigences et de gestion des parties prenantes.
Solide exprience avec les systmes financiers (Oracle, SAP, MSDynamics).
Connaissances en comptabilit et finance (le titre CPA est un atout) - comprhension des comptes fournisseurs, comptes clients, grand livre, plan comptable.
Exprience avec la norme IFRS 17 (fort atout).

Description
Project: IFRS 18 is the next major project for our large insurance client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to design and implement financial system solutions.
- Support the integration and configuration of systems to meet IFRS 18 compliance requirements.
- Translate complex financial concepts into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting systems.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ Years of Business Analysis experience - strong documentation, requirement gathering, stakeholder management
- Strong Financial System experience (Oracle, SAP, MSDynamics)
- Accounting and Finance business experience (CPA is an asset) - knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Chart of accounts
- Experience with the IFRS 17 regulation (Strong Nice-To-Have)
