- Working with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements Required 5 Years
- Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions Required 5 Years
- Identifying patterns and trends to inform business decisions Required 5 Years
- Writing user stories for development teams to implement Required 5 Years
- Working with IT departments and development teams to ensure they align with business goals Required 5 Years
- Working with Microsoft Clarity or similar tracking software Desired 3 Years
