Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain DNS and DHCP services to ensure optimal name resolution and IP address management.
Administer and support Active Directory services including user/group management, OU structures, and GPOs.
Configure and maintain Domain Controllers, ensuring replication, redundancy, and security.
Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, DNS/DHCP conflicts, and Group Policy processing.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including backups, patching, and monitoring.
Collaborate with network and security teams to implement domain-level policies and ensure compliance.
Document procedures, configurations, and change management activities.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in system administration focused on DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Experience with Domain Controller setup, replication, and failover configurations.
Proficient with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Familiarity with tools such as DNS Manager, DHCP Manager, Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC), and Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnets, firewalls, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or Azure-related).
Experience in hybrid AD environments (on-prem + Azure AD).
Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
