The ideal candidate brings a strong technology foundation, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in IAM solutioning. This role is ideal for someone who has either worked in pre-sales previously or has consistently played a solutioning/tech-advisor role in customer-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales activities for IAM deals, including solution development, presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
  • Develop end-to-end IAM architectures and proposals across IGA, PAM, CIAM, Access Management, and Zero Trust components.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, including requirements mapping, solution articulation, effort estimation, and pricing inputs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Present complex IAM concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, scoping efforts, and PoC planning.
  • Build and maintain reusable solution frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and contribute to thought leadership when needed.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong technical background in IAM technologies, including Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity (CIAM), SSO/MFA, and directory services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or significantly contribute to pre-sales processes, including solutioning, RFP responses, and client communication.
  • Experience designing IAM architectures, integrations, and implementation approaches.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with major IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra, ForgeRock, Ping, CyberArk, Delinea, Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with sales teams or serving as a technical advisor in pursuit cycles.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, or equivalent.
  • Experience in proposal creation, pricing support, and effort estimation for IAM projects.
  • Exposure to regulated industries (finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus.
