Summary:



The IT Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline. This position requires strong coordination, technical awareness, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery milestones

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and vendor interactions

  • Provide reports to senior management

  • Ensure compliance with IT security and quality standards


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years project management experience

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle


Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: PMP / CSM

  • Strong budgeting and negotiation skills


Tools & Technologies:

  • JIRA, MS Project, Trello

  • Confluence, Slack, Teams

  • Agile / Waterfall methodologies
