We are seeking a Network Operations (NetOps) Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of global network infrastructure (datacenters, network hubs/colos, manufacturing plants, office buildings, etc.). This includes Wireless, Local Area Network (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Software Defined Networks, Policy/Security Controls, etc. This position is for a Customer Network Analyst (CNA), a NetOps team member.



ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain the performance of global network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless systems.Respond to network incidents, performing root cause analysis and ensuring swift restoration of services.Assist in configuring and managing Software Defined Networks and enforce security policies across the network.Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, collaborating to understand needs and provide solutions.Maintain documentation of network configurations and generate performance reports for management review.



Experience Required5 years' hands-on experience in design and operation of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless networks in a large enterprise environmentSound understanding of Cisco infrastructure architecture (network, storage, and hosting)Tier-2/3 support experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environmentAdvanced level troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, SDWAN and SD-AccessProblem-solver mindset with a passion for learning new technologies; skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions, and partnering closely with business leaders and IT business towersExperience managing large global network infrastructure projects

Experience PreferredIaaS, Coding, Scripting (APIs, Python, Go, etc.)Comfortable leading troubleshooting bridges with customers and vendorsStrong team player with multi-tasking skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong documentation skills to develop knowledge-based articles for the adoption of new technologies in NetOps.



Education RequiredBachelor's Degree
