Title: Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) Technician II
Location: 100% onsite at Keene, NH
Duration: 6 months with possible extension or possible conversion for the right candidate
Department: Diamond Turning
Shift: Second Shift 3:15PM to 1:15AM, Monday - Thursday
  • Candidates must be compliant with DOD/ITAR requirements.
  • PPE: Steel toe shoes, safety glasses (non-prescription provided).
  • Candidates are measuring parts and then entering data into Excel.
  • Candidates should have 1 year experience with data analytics, data collection/mining.
  • Resume must demonstrate proficiency with Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates and measures incoming materials to drawing specifications using the most appropriate methods and equipment available and reports out results.
  • Run Luphoscan or White Light Interferometer to measure dimensional parameters of components.
  • Collaborates with engineers to ensure appropriate incoming inspection processes.
  • Performs transactions in the numerous quality systems that are related to inspection and managing non-conforming product.
  • Interacts with Planning, Purchasing, and Production to understand priorities and to keep product flowing through inspection.
  • Works with peers and supervisor to continuously drive improvements to inspection processes that result in ever increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Evaluates and sorts quarantined components identified to be suspect.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical education preferred.
Nice to haves include:
  • Previous experience in precision production or inspection activities
  • Experience using SPC or other statistical tools to evaluate data
  • Experience evaluating cosmetics of optical or mechanical components
Manager Must Haves:
  • 1 year experience with Data Analytics, Data Collection/mining
  • Strong systems understanding and efficiency in data entry, demonstrated Excel proficiency
  • Experience in effectively managing multiple workflows and maintaining a neat and orderly workspace
  • Has a history of effectively interacting and communicating with others in a positive manner
  • Detail oriented self-starter who enjoys working with team members to achieve team objectives
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the position
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
