Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-level technical deployments across North America and Canada. This role is a key contributor within the Enterprise PMO, responsible for managing full-cycle project execution from design through go-live for complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate excels at driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining visibility across workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end project execution with a focus on technical release coordination, milestone tracking, and deployment readiness.

Manage planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs across design, build, test, and implementation phases.

Track project status, risks, dependencies, and budget across multiple simultaneous workstreams.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.

Facilitate regular status reporting and leadership updates, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Coordinate with cross-regional teams to ensure successful go-lives across North America and Canada.

Support governance activities and help drive standard PMO practices across the enterprise.

Escalate issues and roadblocks appropriately to maintain momentum and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of IT project experience, with at least 4 years leading complex technology initiatives.

Strong knowledge of project management standards, tools, and best practices.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale deployments across geographies.

Effective communicator who can present to both technical and executive audiences.

Experience with budgeting, risk mitigation, and reporting in a matrixed environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

PMP or other recognized project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience managing ERP or large enterprise platform deployments.

Familiarity with supply chain processes and systems is a strong asset.

Experience supporting technology go-lives across U.S. and Canadian regions.
