Job Details
Role: Workday Integration Developer
Location: New York- Onsite
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday integration development, preferably in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules, with hands-on experience in enterprise-wide implementations.
- Strong technical skills in configuring Workday connectors, including Core Connectors and Cloud Connect, and developing custom integrations using Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of Workday’s data model, business processes, and security framework.
- Experience with web services protocols and technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
- Experience integrating Workday with Infor ERP CloudSuite and 3rd party solutions, methodologies, and best practices in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPATH, and other related technologies used in Workday integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data integration issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Workday Integration certification(s) are a plus
