IT Manager

We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead and support our infrastructure and systems administration team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our headquarters in Sterling, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT operations, including oversight of Systems Administrators and Network Engineers.
• Provide hands-on support for system engineering tasks and resolve complex infrastructure issues as needed.
• Administer and maintain Linux environments
• Manage and optimize AWS workloads and Azure cloud resources.
• Conduct and remediate security scans, and ensure compliance with DoD STIGs and other security standards.
• Drive process improvements and support internal and external compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Linux, Apache modsecurity
• Hands-on experience with AWS workloads and Azure resources
• Hands-on experience in TLS, SSL certificates renewal and deployment
• Hands-on experience with security scans, DOD STIGs and remediation
• Experience Managing Network engineers / Systems Admins preferred
• Process improvement areas and compliance activities

Certifications in AWS, Azure and Linux/Windows admin preferred
