Job Details
Note: NO Infrastructure support, need Middleware application production support candidate with Global Banking experience.
- Application-level Production Support (NOT Infra support) for Global Banking applications.
- Requires deep subject matter expertise (SME) in WebLogic, IIS, and IBM MQ.
- Strong hands-on in Unix/Linux and SQL queries (multi-node clustered environments).
- Must be advanced in Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, and proactive issue detection.
- Should be able to understand and implement automation using Python or Ansible
- Candidate should be an Application Middleware Expertise prod support
- WebLogic: Troubleshoot managed server issues, stuck threads, deployments, JDBC connection pool issues and
IIS to troubleshoot app pool failures, HTTP 500/503 errors, SSL bindings, and request handling they are using IBM MQ to monitor queue depth, manage channels, troubleshoot delayed/stuck messages, configure queues.
