Position Overview:
The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initial bid through final closeout, ensuring timely completion within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in job costing, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting, and will excel in a fast-paced environment that values adaptability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from estimating and bidding to execution and closeout.

  • Develop and submit competitive bid proposals, including accurate material takeoffs and cost breakdowns.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, RFIs, and overall project performance.

  • Monitor financial metrics such as job costing, cash flow, and profitability to ensure fiscal discipline.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project efficiency and meet deliverables.

  • Foster a culture of feedback, flexibility, and process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management and/or estimating within the construction industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Foundation Software is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of job costing, P&L management, accounts receivable, and cash flow forecasting.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
