Position Overview


We are seeking a polished and proactive IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic technical support team supporting both corporate and commercial property environments. This role offers a blend of Tier I and Tier II support responsibilities, including troubleshooting via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational technical skills and a desire to grow into areas such as security, networking, and systems administration.




Key Responsibilities



  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across a corporate and commercial property environment.

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Perform device imaging and deployment for laptops, desktops, and other hardware.

  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and basic network connectivity issues.

  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.

  • Support Windows OS environments and assist with system updates and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications



  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.

  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.

  • Experience imaging and deploying laptops and workstations.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting in a Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Windows, AD).

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
