Job Description Summary
Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect candidates to be in the office 2-3 days a week at one of the following Corporate Office locations: St. Petersburg, FL , Memphis, TN or Southfield, MI.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Catalog Engineer to design, develop, and manage ServiceNow catalog items and workflows. The ideal candidate combines ServiceNow expertise with strong problem-solving abilities and excels at cross-functional collaboration to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly ServiceNow catalog items and workflows.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
  • Develop reusable components and implement catalog development best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for new code development or existing code reuse.
  • Perform debugging and troubleshooting of catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure solution reliability and functionality.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for processes, designs, and configurations.
  • Drive catalog experience improvements through proactive enhancements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow platform updates and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for programming challenges.
  • Ensure thorough problem analysis and programming approaches to minimize rework.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Previous Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Must have one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience and a proven track record as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in catalog items and workflows.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience and a proven track record as a ServiceNow Developer is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow IT Modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Service Portal.
  • Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow catalog development and workflow design.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly Request Management and Service Portal.
  • Advanced problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Excellence in technical communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Agile methodology experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:
  • None required.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
