Test Automation Engineer
Wilmington, DE (Day 1 onsite)

Job Description:
Core responsibilities:
- Design and develop: Create and maintain automated test scripts, test cases, and test automation frameworks.
- Execute tests: Run automated tests for various purposes, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and stress testing.
- Report and analyze: Document and report on test results, identify bugs, and troubleshoot errors in both the software and the automation scripts.
- Collaborate: Work closely with development, QA, and other teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Integrate: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide faster feedback.
- Maintain and improve: Keep test scripts updated as the software evolves and continuously look for ways to improve testing processes.
Key skills and qualifications
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is crucial for writing automation scripts.
- Test Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium.
- Testing Fundamentals: A strong foundation in manual testing principles and test case design is essential.
