Job Title - Oracle Cloud Principal Functional Consultant Absence Management/OTL
Duration - 6+ months
Remote + Milestone Travel
Requirement
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead with current ABM/OTL experience in a client facing, functional consulting role
- Minimum of 5 full life cycle HCM Cloud Implementations with a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations solely focused on ABM/OTL
- Public Sector (K12 Educational Sector, Federal/State/Local) experience highly preferred. Private Sector experienced considered
- Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL and/or other HCM Cloud modules ideal
- Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing and cutover
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)
- Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules; highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
