Supply Chain Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to define, build, and manage global asset management processes. This role involves coordinating supply allocations, monitoring inbound freight, and supporting operational efficiency through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:

Review inbound freight information to ensure accurate receipt of supply across distribution centers.

Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and resolve related issues promptly.

Update and manage allocation of total supply among demand channels using freight reports and projection models.

Upload allocation data and factory commitments into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including supply planners, freight, procurement, and customer experience teams.

Document and help streamline supply chain processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to analyze inventory and freight data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with relevant professional experience.
