This short-term contract role is critical to the success of our upcoming technology rollout and will involve hands-on asset discovery, equipment staging, and post-deployment support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Seeking two skilled and reliable IT Field Support Technicians for a focused 4-week engagement across four healthcare facilities in West Virginia. Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Discovery: Identify, document, and catalog existing IT assets at each facility, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Equipment Staging: Unbox, inventory, and prepare new hardware for deployment, ensuring readiness for rollout.
- Deployment Support: Assist with installation and configuration of new equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.
- Post-Rollout Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting and user support following deployment to ensure smooth transition and system functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of discovered assets and deployed equipment, contributing to centralized asset management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams and facility staff to coordinate efforts and communicate progress.
Duration: 4 weeks
- Travel: Required across all listed facilities (mileage reimbursed per company policy)
- Schedule: Full-time during the contract period
- Compensation: $20 to $25/hour based on IT experience
