RF Engineer

Location: Walnut Creek CA, Phoenix AZ

C-BAND radio s or Ultra Wide band radios on Small cell nodes.

You will work with a team of RF Engineers to accomplish all aspects of RF design for macros and small cells. You will also be responsible for reviewing construction closeout documents.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Knowledge RF theory and design for 5G (any band) NR, 4G LTE, CDMA 1x, and EVDO to contribute to network designs.
• Strong understanding of various RF tools such as Mapinfo, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Atoll, Roofmaster, FUZE Planning, Tracker, Dashboard, SPM, RFDS, and Conquest.
• Knowledge of massive MIMO and 4x4 MIMO technology.
• Frequency/PCI/RSI planning and de-confliction. Knowledge of productivity software such as MS Office and Google Suite.
• Superior organizational and project planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
