JD Edwards (JDE) Business Analyst Manufacturing Module
- Onsite in Greenville, WI ( close to Appleton, Wisconsin )

- Looking for a JDE business analyst consultant with a technical background and knowledgeable in the Manufacturing/Shop Floor module.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant JD Edwards (JDE) Business Analyst with specialized knowledge in the Manufacturing Module. In this role, you will work closely with clients in the manufacturing industry to optimize their JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems. You will focus on implementing, configuring, and enhancing manufacturing-related processes, including work orders, inventory management, production scheduling, and shop floor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure JD Edwards Work Order Processing, Shop Floor Management, and PDM modules, including OMW Version Creation.
- Support Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing setups, ensuring that they are correctly aligned with the client s manufacturing processes.
- Work with technical teams to design and customize JD Edwards forms, reports, and data structures specific to manufacturing workflows.
- Support custom solutions and integrations between JD Edwards and other enterprise applications (e.g., MES, ERP, PLM systems) to ensure end-to-end visibility and automation of manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth functionality for manufacturing-related processes.
- Lead the design and execution of system tests, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing to ensure that the manufacturing modules meet client requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to work orders, BOMs, inventory discrepancies, and shop floor data.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting any system or process issues that arise.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting JD Edwards 9.2 Manufacturing modules and related tools (Work Order Processing, BOM, Routing, Inventory Management, Shop Floor Control, PDM).
- Proven consulting experience working with clients in the manufacturing sector to configure and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, such as work orders, inventory control, material management, and shop floor management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the manufacturing lifecycle in JDE.
- Ability to create detailed documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, updating and troubleshooting data issues in manufacturing modules.
- Experience with JDE Custom Solutions and Integrations with MES or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends, such as IoT integration, smart manufacturing, and automation.
