Job Title: SAP GRC Consultant with S/4HANA

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with S/4HANA expertise for a long-term opportunity in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, specifically within S/4HANA environments, including expertise in access control, risk analysis, SoD, and audit compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP GRC solutions within S/4HANA landscapes.
- Manage Access Control (AC), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Risk Analysis.
- Conduct SoD reviews, rule set configurations, and mitigate controls.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure full audit compliance.
- Work with the security team for role-based access controls and provisioning.
- Conduct end-user training and support UAT testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC into business processes.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP GRC in S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC modules: ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori security concepts.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
