Master Data Coordinator

The schedule for Hybrid is flexible and would require going in for meetings once or twice a month at this time. Will be changing in the near future to at least 3 times a week.

Candidates with a strong background in data/IT/analytics are highly desired for this position. The individual will be responsible for data and pipeline management activities with emphasis around pre and post advancement set-up and support across row crops. This position is expected to interact with various functions within the company, for example, supply chain, manufacturing, biotech, and across breeding. Attention to detail, agility, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment are key for the success of this role. Additionally, the individual will support short-term analytical projects during non-peak seasons.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor's Degree

Must have experience in SAP Master Data governance, data management, or working with material and supply chain data

Detail-oriented and highly focused on delivering results

Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret data

Effective and detailed oral and written communication skills

Fast learner and seeks to understand processes

Desired Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of breeding, agriculture, and/or biotechnology

Code development experience with any of these languages: R, Python, Java, C++, SAS

Experience with Visualization tools

PL-SQL knowledge

Strong understanding of database systems and management of large datasets

M.Sc. in an analytics field
