Job Title: Programmer Analyst Salesforce Developer
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite weekly, local candidates only within 1 hour of Lansing)
Interview Type: Onsite or MS Teams (Photo screenshot and vendor presence required at start of interview)

Job Description:
- Work as a Salesforce Developer supporting enterprise-level software solutions.
- Perform hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch and Scheduled Classes.
- Develop and maintain solutions on Salesforce Cloud, including Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, and Salesforce Communities.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
- Use DevOps tools such as GIT, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to manage the software development lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools including ANT, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
- Work with ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading operations.
- Collaborate using Agile methodologies, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups to deliver business and technical solutions.
- Provide documentation and testing support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript (preferred).
- Mentor junior developers as needed (preferred).
- Apply knowledge or experience in the healthcare domain (preferred).
- Expected to work in a hybrid capacity, 2 days onsite weekly at the Lansing, MI office.
