Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Python scripting and a solid understanding of Record to Report (RTR) processes within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading functional automation efforts and collaborating closely with Finance and business teams to ensure robust test coverage and domain alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of automation experience with strong focus on Python scripting

Secondary scripting experience in Java or VBScript

Proficiency with Selenium, Pandas, GitHub, and Jenkins

Good working knowledge of JIRA and defect lifecycle management

4+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years with S/4HANA

Functional knowledge of Finance, RTR, GR, Dunning, Month-End Close, Credit Management, and Blackline

Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) business processes from a test automation perspective

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide functional teams on validations and participate in Scrum ceremonies without disrupting functional deliverables

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Python (primary), with secondary skills in Java or VBScript

Automate business scenarios in the Record to Report (RTR) domain including GR, Month-End Close, Dunning, Credit Management, and Blackline functionalities

Work independently to lead functional automation within SAP S/4HANA Finance

Maintain code repositories in GitHub and integrate with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines
