Job Summary:
Full remote
We are seeking a skilled Icertis Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and deployment of contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions using the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software development and a proven track record of working with Icertis configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and develop custom modules, workflows, and integrations within the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize contract templates, clauses, metadata, rules, and approval workflows.
  • Integrate Icertis with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DMS) via REST APIs and middleware tools.
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of the Icertis solution.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, architecture, and user guides.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Icertis tools such as Rule Engine, Workflow Designer, SmartLinks, and SmartRules.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration methods with external enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle processes, compliance, and document management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment in Agile/Scrum settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Icertis Developer or Architect Certification (if available)
  • Prior experience in legal tech, procurement, or enterprise CLM projects
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) related to contract data
  • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow for task tracking and deployment
