Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy advanced AI systems. You'll be instrumental in developing and refining ML models, building data pipelines, and steering model performance through each stage of deployment and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement ML algorithms and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML objectives.
• Build and maintain data preprocessing pipelines.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor models; refine based on insights.
• Optimize performance with statistical techniques and algorithm tuning.
• Deploy models using frameworks and tools suited to production environments.
• Document processes and communicate outcomes.
• Stay informed about emerging ML trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field (Master's a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and software architecture.
• Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and algorithms.
• Experience in deploying real-world ML models (e.g., using ONNX, TensorRT) is an asset.
• Strong communication and collaborative capabilities.
