Job Title: L2 Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Location: Westerville, OH (Onsite)

Shift 1:- 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST

Shift 2:- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST

Position Description:

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and health across various Azure resources.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to virtual machines, networking, storage, and application performance.
  • Implement security measures, handle compliance requirements, and follow best practices for data protection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cloud solutions and deliver improvements.
  • Document technical issues and solutions thoroughly for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest Azure services, features, and industry trends.
  • Utilize scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI) for deployment and maintenance tasks.
