About the Role
As a Specialty Software Engineer in this contingent role, you will play a key part in driving complex, high-impact initiatives across large-scale software engineering efforts. You will consult on strategic planning, analyze multifaceted technical challenges, and contribute to the resolution of issues that require a deep understanding of engineering principles, compliance standards, and organizational policies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

About the Role
As a Specialty Software Engineer in this contingent role, you will play a key part in driving complex, high-impact initiatives across large-scale software engineering efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and resolve large-scale or long-term technical challenges involving multiple variables and novel factors.
- Apply deep knowledge of engineering practices, compliance requirements, and internal policies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with client personnel and internal teams to align on strategy, execution, and delivery.
- Contribute to planning and implementation efforts in an Agile environment.
- 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues in a collaborative setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): 6+ years
- Agile (Scrum) Methodology: 1-2 years
- Production Support: 1-2 years
- ServiceNow Development: 4-6 years
- Team Management: 1-2 years
