Founding Lead Software Engineer

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will be the primary architect of our digital ecosystem.

You will lead the transition from prototype to a scalable, clinical-grade platform. This role re-

quires a blend of hands-on coding, high-level system design, and the management of offshore

development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Scalability: Design and implement a robust full-stack infrastructure (AWS/Azure)

capable of handling high-frequency EEG data.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring high code

standards and alignment with the product roadmap.

- Regulatory Compliance: Lead the development of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)

within a Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to FDA/ISO standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers and data scientists to

ensure seamless integration between the wearable patch and the cloud.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally in a startup or medical device

environment.

- Technical Stack: Mastery of Swift, React, and Flutter; deep experience with AWS or Azure

cloud services.

- Leadership: Proven track record leading offshore or distributed engineering teams.

- Compliance: Experience operating under a QMS or building regulated software (HIPAA,

IEC 62304) is highly preferred.
