Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote IT Logistics Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our IT asset procurement, distribution, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless delivery of IT equipment and services across multiple locations, optimize inventory management, and support IT operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of IT hardware and software assets.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including tracking asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate hardware and software deployment and upgrades.

Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards regarding IT assets.

Prepare reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and procurement activities.

Manage remote logistics operations across multiple regions, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT logistics, supply chain management, or related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management software and logistics tools.

Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and lifecycle processes.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
