You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, Marketing, Finance, and IT-to design experiments, evaluate feature performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Feature & Functional Design

  • Collaborate with product teams to define data tracking requirements (e.g., event logging, tagging, third-party data ingestion).
  • Consult on data acquisition strategies and coordinate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure availability of necessary data.

Feature Engineering & Development

  • Support QA and implementation teams to ensure proper data tracking during feature development.
  • Prepare for launch evaluation by aligning tracking with experimentation or business case success criteria.

Feature Rollout & Performance Evaluation

  • Lead A/B testing and impact analysis for new features.
  • Provide objective performance assessments and strategic recommendations based on data insights.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct exploratory analyses and develop predictive models.
  • Pursue self-driven initiatives during non-project periods to identify new opportunities for impact.
  • Create intuitive visualizations and data stories to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, with strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Target).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, tracking design, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in digital product analytics or omnichannel environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Work Culture

We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven environment. Team members are encouraged to take initiative, explore new ideas, and contribute to meaningful change across the organization.
